PS: don’t wait until an event, your solution can also be highlighted through our community app, newsletter and LinkedIn page.
What happens if I cannot attend an event?
Of course, we hope you can attend – but if you still can’t, please let us know as soon as possible. You can cancel free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the event.

Can I be replaced by a colleague if I cannot attend?
Yes! You may be replaced by a colleague free of charge.
Provide us with his/her name no later than 3 days before the event, so that we can register everything correctly.
If the replacement is passed on later or no one shows up, the no-show fee will be charged as provided in our terms and conditions.
Innovation and collaboration
Innovation does not arise in a lab, but in practice. That is why we test and improve new solutions together with healthcare professionals, companies and end users.
In addition, In4Care Community is working with its community to help shape the Health System of the Future step by step.
What is In4Care Community’s Living Lab?
Our Living Lab is a real healthcare environment where we test new products, services and technologies together with healthcare teams and users.
This is how we take innovation from idea to impact – with feedback from reality.
What does the health system of the future entail?
The Health Arenas and Health Kiosks are the building blocks of the Health System of the Future that we are shaping together with our community.
A Health Arena is a physical place where you get a complete lifestyle check-up as well as personal or group guidance on nutrition, exercise, sleep and mental health.
Everything happens under professional guidance – individually or in groups – so that people can work on their health in a focused and sustainable way.
A Health Kiosk is a compact, mobile kiosk that provides immediate insight into your health and lifestyle through a quick health quick scan.
Approachable, reliable and ideal for activating people in neighborhoods, organizations or public spaces around prevention and self-care.
I want to propose a project or become a partner – how do I get started?
Fantastic! Please contact us. We’d love to look at the possibilities together.
