Live podcast recording – Are you talking to AI about your life?

02/06/2026

Limburg

Live podcast recording with panel discussion on AI as a coach, sounding board or reflection partner on 02/06 at 7pm (free)

We are increasingly asking AI questions. Not just practical questions like “What do I eat tonight?” or “Can you make a workout schedule?” but also questions about AI coaching.

But also more personal questions such as:

  • How do I tackle a difficult conversation?
  • What direction do I want my career to take?
  • What are my talents?

AI is quietly evolving from information tool to reflection tool. But what does that mean for how we think about coaching, mentoring and personal development?

During this live podcast evening, we will explore one central question: can AI function as a coach or reflection partner?

Live podcast recording with audience

This evening is a live podcast recording with an audience in an intimate setting.

The conversation will be recorded in the presence of a small group of guests and will appear afterwards as a podcast through the channels of In4Care and Liesbet Peeters.

With up to 30 guests, we create space for open conversation, interaction with the panelists and depth during the networking reception.

It will not be a classic debate with winners or consensus as the goal, but an honest and multi-voiced conversation where different perspectives come together.

The initiative

The initiative for this evening came from Liesbet Peeters, professor of Biomedical Data Sciences at UHasselt, bioengineer and host of the podcast The World of Liesbet.

As a researcher in AI, digital health and data-driven healthcare innovation, she knows well what large language models can and cannot do. Still, she noticed that AI is increasingly popping up for questions that used to be more likely to go to a coach, psychologist or confidant for herself, as well as those around her.

The immediate trigger was a conversation with Joerik Michiels, coach and founder of Elite Athletes, during a podcast recording. His experience with AI as a reflection tool for personal life questions brought up a broader question: what role can AI play in personal reflection and coaching?

Together with In4Care and Health Campus Limburg this idea took further shape. From their shared focus on innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing, they are bringing together different perspectives around this question with this evening.

During this live podcast, four experts will interact – each from a different perspective.
