Pilot tables zijn ontmoetingen waarbij vijf start-ups of bedrijven de mogelijkheid krijgen om in gesprek te gaan met zorginstellingen. Eerst worden de concepten gedurende vijf minuten gepitched aan de directie van zorginstellingen. Hierna kiezen de zorginstellingen drie start-ups of bedrijven uit waarmee ze dieper willen ingaan op het aanbod.

Tonos Care
TONOS Care biedt organisaties in de langdurige zorg een AI-gedreven oplossing voor capaciteitsmanagement en roostering. De SAAS-oplossing helpt om de juiste zorg op het juiste moment te leveren, tegen 15-30% lagere kosten en met een betere werklastspreiding voor het zorgpersoneel. Door de werkelijke zorgvraag als uitgangspunt te nemen, wordt per definitie cliëntgedreven gewerkt. Jane
Jane is een Belgische start-up die met met haar toekomstgerichte personen monitoring en alarmsysteem bewust een duurzaam model van welzijns- en (ouderen)zorg wil ondersteunen. Dat gebeurt door een ecosysteem te creëren tussen alle zorgpartijen (familie, vrienden, en professionele zorgverleners). Waardoor zorgvragers zolang mogelijk veilig en zelfstandig kunnen blijven wonen, maar wel steeds met voldoende toegang tot en monitoring van professioneel zorgverleners - zowel binnen als buiten de muren van zorginstellingen. Deze visie ondersteunt mee een vernieuwend “zorgmodel zonder muren” dat mee een antwoord biedt op de huidige en toekomstige zorg uitdagingen. Watcherr
Watcherr is a proactive monitoring and distress system specifically developed to continuously monitor residents in hospitals or elderly residences (intra- and extramural) via a multifunctional smartwatch and complementary products. Thanks to the above Watcherr alerts proactively healthcare providers when deviations of regular (health) patterns occur. E.g. increased fall risk is detected, Watcherr alerts the healthcare provider to prevent the fall from happening.
