But how do you translate that concept concretely into practice? <\/p>\n Jochen Bergs discusses the impact of this on the organization of care, division of labor and professional autonomy within nursing teams.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n Uschi Colemonts – Staff member, East Limburg Hospital (ZOL)<\/strong><\/p>\n Uschi Colemonts focuses on the organization of care through structured care teams<\/strong> and the role of the primary care nurse<\/strong> in them. Her insights are based on a pilot study in the workplace<\/strong>. <\/p>\n She highlights how team structures can contribute to workability and quality of care<\/strong>. Moreover, the role of the primary nurse will receive additional topicality: the first primary nurses will graduate in June<\/strong>. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n Eveline Van Steenkiste – PhD student UHasselt & Head nurse in geriatrics, Jessa Hospital<\/strong><\/p>\n Eveline Van Steenkiste’s project focuses on missed nursing care<\/strong>: care that nurses normally perform, but due to time constraints or other factors are unable to accomplish or delay.<\/p>\n With the TEAM check<\/strong>, she developed an approachable method that takes “missed care” out of the individual sphere and translates it into shared team responsibility<\/strong>. Initial results show a promising impact on both the care organization and the well-being of nurses. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n A Pilots Table<\/strong> is a small-scale and interactive meeting within the In4Care Community<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We bring together a small group of healthcare organizations around a concrete challenge from practice. Not a classic study day, but an open conversation between experts and participants, with room to share experiences, insights and questions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Over a communal three-course lunch, participants engage in conversation at the table and exchange after each course. This creates a setting in which ideas can grow faster, collaborations emerge and innovation gets closer to reality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The goal is to share insights and practical experiences that participants can take back to their own organizations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n <\/p>\n\n This Pilots Table focuses on executives and policy profiles who help shape the organization of nursing care, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The list is not exhaustive.
