Care teams are changing, new profiles are emerging and the pressure on the workplace remains high. <\/p>\n\n<p>During this <strong>Pilots Table<\/strong>, we will bring together healthcare organizations around <strong>three concrete projects from practice<\/strong>. Her insights are based on a <strong data-start=\"954\" data-end=\"985\">pilot study in the workplace<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1206\">She highlights how team structures can contribute to <strong data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1077\">workability and quality of care<\/strong>. Moreover, the role of the primary nurse will receive additional topicality: <strong data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1205\">the first primary nurses will graduate in June<\/strong>. <\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"slide-item\">\n                <div class=\"slide-wrapper\">\n                    <figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\">\n                        <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"294\" src=\"https:\/\/www.in4care.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Icoon-racket.svg\" class=\"attachment-medium size-medium\" alt=\"\" \/>                    <\/figure>\n                    <h3>Missed nursing care and the TEAM check<\/h3>\n                    <div class=\"slide-content\">\n                        <p data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1542\"><strong data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1542\">Eveline Van Steenkiste &#8211; PhD student UHasselt &#038; Head nurse in geriatrics, Jessa Hospital<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1544\" data-end=\"1738\">Eveline Van Steenkiste&#8217;s project focuses on <strong data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1620\">missed nursing care<\/strong>: care that nurses normally perform, but due to time constraints or other factors are unable to accomplish or delay.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"2027\">With the <strong data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1761\">TEAM check<\/strong>, she developed an approachable method that takes &#8220;missed care&#8221; out of the individual sphere and translates it into <strong data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1908\">shared team responsibility<\/strong>. Not a classic study day, but an open conversation between experts and participants, with room to share experiences, insights and questions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over a communal three-course lunch, participants engage in conversation at the table and exchange after each course.
