We encourage members to showcase their projects, solutions or ideas.<br\/>Contact us and we&#8217;ll look at the possibilities together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PS: don&#8217;t wait until an event, your solution can also be highlighted through our community app, newsletter and LinkedIn page.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What happens if I cannot attend an event?<\/summary>\n<p>Of course, we hope you can attend &#8211; but if you still can&#8217;t, please let us know as soon as possible. You can cancel free of charge up to <strong>7 calendar days<\/strong> before the event.<br\/>In case of late cancellation or absence without notice, a <strong>no-show fee<\/strong> will be charged for free member tickets. The amount is always mentioned on the event page. See also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.in4care.be\/en\/general-conditions\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"350\">general terms and conditions.<\/a>   <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Can I be replaced by a colleague if I cannot attend?<\/summary>\n<p>Yes!
