Not just practical questions like <em>&#8220;What do I eat tonight?&#8221;<\/em> or <em>&#8220;Can you make a workout schedule?&#8221;<\/em> but also questions about AI coaching. <\/p>\n\n<p>But also more personal questions such as:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How do I tackle a difficult conversation?  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What direction do I want my career to take?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What are my talents?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>AI is quietly evolving from <strong>information tool to reflection tool<\/strong>. Still, she noticed that AI is increasingly popping up for questions that used to be more likely to go to a coach, psychologist or confidant for herself, as well as those around her.   <\/p>\n\n<p>The immediate trigger was a conversation with <strong>Joerik Michiels<\/strong>, coach and founder of Elite Athletes, during a podcast recording. His experience with AI as a reflection tool for personal life questions brought up a broader question: <strong>what role can AI play in personal reflection and coaching?<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<p>Together with <strong>In4Care<\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/healthcampus.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Health Campus Limburg<\/a><\/strong> this idea took further shape.
